The monograph about welfare of Russian people in 1701–1915th

Annotation

B.N. Mironov’s monograph «The standard of living and revolutions in imperial Russia: The 18th – early 20th centuries» represents the world’s first study of historical anthropometrics in Russia. Its principal goal is to assess the wellbeing of Russians as this developed during the imperial period. The received results give strong reasons for revision of the views about wellbeing, internal policy and efficiency of the Russian reforms.
