The refugees of World War I re-evacuation from Soviet Russia in 1922–1923: the final stage

Annotation

The article is devoted the concluding period of World War I refugees homecoming - that temporarily placed in the center of the European Russia, natives of the territories which have departed to the Poland and the Baltic Republics. For the first time the result of influence of reduction and liquidation of the state evacuation device, the numerous termination of registration and free sending of refugees, changes of rules of official registration of papers on process of repatriation of refugees are shown.
