In this article reveals aspects of great Kursk maneuvers in 1902 organization on basis of documents from Russian state military-historical archive, Russian State Archive of Cinema and Photo Documents and Central State Archive of Cinema and Photo Documents of Saint-Petersburg. Nicholas II was attended in this maneuvers.
