Annotation

On the basis of the documents of the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine in Lviv (Ukraine СSIAL) investigated the effect of award tradition of the Russian Empire in the preparation of premium projects of the Ukrainian State Hetman Pavel Skoropadskyi in 1918.
