Annotation
The article is devoted to scientific, archvistics and study of local lore activity of head of archives of USSR state and public figures personal fund and State Archive of Russian Federation N.S. Zelov. He works in archive business more than fifty years. He works in public space – in Russian society of historians-archivists (ROIA). In article is information about his little homeland – Vesyegonsk city in Tver region.
