Iconography of the House of Romanovs. On materials of the American Hillwood museum

Annotation

In the article the subjects containing iconographic images of a dynasty of Romanovs in little-known to Russians the American Hillwood museum are analyzed. In a collection painting works, jewelry, sculptures, the photos visualizing images practically all Russian monarchs of the 17–20th centuries are presented. Special interest is represented by the materials connected with Nicholas II and members of his family.
