Annotation
The article contains the review of documents of Moscow council of workers and soldiers (later red army) deputies in Central State archives of Moscow region, describing initial problems of existence of this power institute, characterizing staff of deputy corps, social peculiarities of ordinary deputies, “lower layer” (mostly professional workers) and high class, members of Executive committee (mostly people with high educational level), changing of its political colors (bolshevization in 1917 and back trend in 1918), accompanied by intensification of repressions both against socialist parties and against unsatisfied workers.
