In article long-term activity of the deserved art worker of the Russian Federation, the director of branch of the Russian state archive of the scientific and technical documentation in Samara Irina Nikolaevna Davydova who in archival branch enjoys authority is shined, actively introduces the automated archival technologies, under its management the automated catalogues on the biggest fund (more than 800 thousand units of storage) – application materials on inventions and on the scientific and technical documentation are created.
В статье освещена опыт многолетней деятельности заслуженного работника культуры Российской Федерации, директора филиала Российского государственного архива научно-технической документации в г. Самаре Ирины Николаевны Давыдовой, которая в архивной отрасли пользуется заслуженным авторитетом, активно внедряет автоматизированные архивные технологии, под ее руководством создаются автоматизированные каталоги на самый большой фонд (более 800 тыс. единиц хранения) – заявочные материалы на изобретения и на научно-техническую документацию.

The honoured art worker of the Russian Federation, the director of branch of the Russian state archive of the scientific and technical documentation in Samara Irina Nikolaevna Davydova in practice has mastered many kinds of archival work and has got a wide experience of the head, the tutor, the organizer which helps it to support high working capacity of collective, essentially to solve questions in all spheres scientific, industrial and economic activities. At I.N.Davydova's direct participation the restoration technique крупноформатных documents on a tracing-paper, lawn and a whatman paper is developed and introduced. Under its management the permanent job on creation of insurance fund, using fund on especially important documents is spent. The branch in due time carries out reception and streamlining of documents of 600 scientific and technical organizations from 53 regions of the Russian Federation, the automated integrated system «Archival fund» is successfully created.
Thanks to Irina Nikolaevna's persistence in archive the automated archival technologies actively take root, the automated catalogues on the biggest fund (more than 800 thousand units of storage) – application materials on inventions and on the scientific and technical documentation are created.
Under the direction of I.N.Davydova “German aviation experts in Kuibyshev in the first post-war years (1946-1953)”, the thematic review of funds of branch RGANTD with the publication of archival documents “Development of an aviation science and technics in the USSR are published the collection of documents 1920-1946”.
