The System of the library documentation in the Oryol province has started to develop in parallel with the advent of libraries on Orlovshchine in 18 century According to funds of the State archive of the Oryol region in it accounting documents, registration library documentation, the organizational-legal documentation presented by the charter of library, rules and instructions entered; the directory documentation.
