Documentary sources on the history of the Soviet judicial authority in the second half of 20th century
Annotation
The present work is devoted to the analysis of sources on the history of functioning of judicial bodies of the Kursk region in 50-70 years of 20 century. The source base includes the materials of a number of Russian archives, memoirs and reminiscences of people interacting with the judiciary, and published legal acts that regulate work of the judicial system. The author gives a comparative description of these groups of sources and disclose their importance for conducted study.
